These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website.
For consumer purchases, mandatory consumer protection laws apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Products

Our candles are hand-poured from natural wax. Small variations in shape, color, and texture may occur — this is part of the product’s character.

We do our best to present products accurately, but colors may vary depending on your screen.

3. Orders

A binding agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in NOK and include VAT (MVA) where applicable.

We accept payments via available providers at checkout (e.g. Vipps, card, Klarna).

Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Norway. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered.

Uncollected packages may be returned to us. We reserve the right to deduct actual return and handling costs where permitted by law.

6. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Details on how to return items are provided in our Returns Policy.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are made to order or clearly personalized.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Defects & Claims

If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

You have rights under Norwegian consumer law, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Consumers may bring claims before Norwegian consumer authorities or courts.
