1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable law.
2. Handmade Nature
Each candle by tademeō is consciously handcrafted in Norway.
Subtle variations in color, surface, and texture — including small air bubbles or natural marks — may occur as a reflection of the material and the handmade process. These are not considered defects.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

unused and unburned

in its original condition

in its original packaging
Items that have been used, burned, or altered cannot be returned.
Returns based on natural variations in handmade products will not be considered defective.
4. How to Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@tademeo.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
7. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

8. Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected and returned to us, we may deduct actual shipping and handling costs from the refund.
